ABOUT

My practice explores the role popular technologies play in the development of social, political and economic mechanisms, such as empathy, labour, solidarity and propaganda. I place emphasis on trans-disciplinary work, bringing together people who work in different fields as well as the general public. I see this as a way of researching notions of the public and as a tool to critically confront dominant moral codes by provoking behavioural or verbal “confessions”.

I am currently a Lecturer in Critical & Cultural Studies at the University of Hertfordshire, Digital Media Arts.
